Bandera Leather ("we", "us") operates the distributor site at trade.banderaleather.com. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us. Specifically:

• Distributor access requests. When you submit the request access form, we collect your name, company name, ASI number, email address, phone number, and any notes you choose to share. This is stored in our Netlify Forms inbox and forwarded to info@banderaleather.com.
• Quote and sample inquiries. When you email us via the addresses on this site, your message and email address are received in our inbox.

What we do not collect

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or behavioral profiling tools on this site. We do not sell, rent, or share distributor information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and storage

This site uses two small pieces of browser storage:

• A session-scoped record (cleared when you close the tab) that remembers you have entered the distributor password, so you do not have to re-enter it on every page.
• Standard hosting analytics (anonymous request counts and origin country) provided by our host, Netlify, used only to monitor uptime and performance.

How we use your information

Distributor access requests are used to verify legitimate ASI distributors and respond with wholesale program information. Email inquiries are used to answer your question and continue the conversation.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained while you are an active or prospective distributor. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing info@banderaleather.com.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Wholesale pricing is gated server-side via a shared distributor password. We rotate the password periodically and after any suspected leak.

Children

This site is intended for business use by ASI distributors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle distributor information, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify active distributors by email.
