This site is restricted to ASI distributors and other qualified resellers. Wholesale pricing, lead times, and program details behind the password gate are intended only for distributor use, not for end clients or the public.
The shared distributor password unlocks wholesale tier pricing and the product catalog PDF. You agree:
We reserve the right to rotate the password at any time and to revoke access to any distributor whose use violates these terms.
List prices and tier discounts shown on this site are guidance for active programs. Final pricing is confirmed at quote. Lead times are estimates that depend on quantity, leather availability, and time of year. We will confirm a real lead time on every quote.
Bandera Leather pieces are made to order in small runs. Once a program is approved and goes into production, it cannot be canceled. Mockups are reviewed and approved by you before any production begins.
By submitting a logo or mark for imprint, you represent that you have the right to use that mark on the products being produced. We will refuse to imprint marks where intellectual property ownership is unclear.
Product photography, copy, and the catalog PDF are owned by Bandera Leather and provided for your use in pitching, mockups, and quoting active programs. You may not redistribute the catalog PDF outside your distributor organization without permission.
The site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific product shown will be in stock or unchanged. We may update product descriptions, photos, or pricing without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bandera Leather is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Liability for production orders is governed by the quote and order confirmation for that program.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these terms. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
